Example: For a purchase worth €53.60, you automatically earn 53 loyalty pearls credited to your Paw Account.
Review Products and Earn Pearls
You can not only collect loyalty pearls with your orders, but also earn them for every product review. For each review, 25 loyalty pearls will be credited to your Paw Account automatically once the review is approved.

What Are My Loyalty Pearls Worth?
The value of your loyalty pearls is as follows:
1 Loyalty Pearl = €0.02 Voucher Value
For example, you will receive a voucher worth €14.86 for 743 loyalty pearls.
How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Pearls?
You can find an overview of your loyalty pearls as well as the option to convert them into vouchers in your Paw Account. Please note that you need to have collected at least 500 loyalty pearls to convert them into a €10 voucher. When converting, all available loyalty pearls are automatically used.
Where Can I Find My Vouchers?
After converting your loyalty pearls into vouchers, you can find them in your account under My Vouchers. There you will also find the voucher code needed to redeem them.
How Can I Redeem My Vouchers?
As a registered customer, you can easily redeem your vouchers by entering your voucher code in the designated field in the shopping cart and confirming it with "OK". The amount will then be automatically deducted from the order value.
You can use multiple vouchers for a single order. However, please note that vouchers cannot be used to reduce shipping costs. If the voucher value exceeds the order value, the remaining amount will be issued to you as a new voucher under My Vouchers.
Cash payout of the remaining amount is not possible. Your loyalty pearls will expire after 2 years if no new orders are placed with us during this period.
Can I Collect Loyalty Pearls as a Guest?
To collect our loyalty pearls, you need to create a customer account in our online shop. Unfortunately, guests cannot benefit from our loyalty pearl program.
